In December 2020, Sarah and I spent three magical weeks on Fair Isle. After celebrating the holidays in West Sussex, we parted ways: Sarah went to Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, to provide nursing care, and I remained in South Florida working remotely with the US Navy. Now, we’re back in beautiful Fair Isle—where Scotland meets Scandinavia.
