The bigger the Summer vacation, the harder the fall


The Caribbean Blue waters were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
Now I kiss the ground and drop anchor. The fact that we often judge the pleasure of an experience by its ending can cause us to make some curious choices---like,What to Do Next?

All ending are beginnings. We just don't know it at the time.

Mission Accomplished- I 've been a 1 man National Geographic on that everywhere trip. Now cancel my subscription because I am done with that "issue".


My life of Pie -aka, the United States of Unconscious Eating needs a rest.I fell down standing up.


Always on 24/7 food is hurting my stomach. If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger, but the food almost killed me. My choice.  Now I can Think Global and Eat Local on land, enjoying mouthfuls of life--raw fresh vegetables and juices and live foods.
